Susan is an entrepreneur at heart and always eager to learn more about any subject. Growing up in Seattle, she combined her people and business skills first from dental hygiene to owning her own companies to working at real estate brokerages all within a span of more than 25 years. Her multiple designations and her consultative approach to client relations prove that, if there’s something to learn, Susan will embrace it.
Her repertoire includes disciplines from dentistry, health and fitness, interior design, construction project management, and real estate sales. However, Susan is most passionate about helping families through significant life transitions and making their dreams a reality. She sheds light on possibilities in even the most bleak of circumstances. "Where there's a will, there's a way" is how she views the world, and she brings her positive influence in all transactions.
It’s a privilege for Susan to hold a special position of trust within the community of her peers and clients. Providing real estate services with a high level of ethics and principles based on the Hippocratic Oath she took years ago in healthcare, Susan continues her commitment to her client's needs and guides them every step of the way when she relocated to Newport Beach in 2019.

Trisha started a career in dental hygiene 16 years ago and has fallen in love with entrepreneurship over the past 5 years. Learning new businesses and working with all types of minds is where her heart is. Dental Hygiene gave her the tools to work in high pressure and challenging situations. She takes in any opportunity to learn something new and get her out of her comfort zone.
Besides Real Estate and Dental Hygiene, Trisha has experience in dental sales and life insurance. She uses all her experiences to make sure the families she helps buy and sell a home are taken care with the utmost detail and respect. She listens to her clients needs and makes sure they have a smooth transaction. She is authentic in her approach and wants every family to find the home that is right for them.
Pasadena and the Greater Los Angeles Area are great places to live and work, which is why Trisha chose to call it home. With roots in Pasadena and the San Gabriel Valley, Trisha came to Pasadena in 2011. Real estate is a passion for Trisha, and with her background in Dental Hygiene, it is easy to see why many families have called Trisha for help buying and selling.
Trisha is passionate about helping the community and a portion of her sales goes towards Love 146, a charity that aids in ending human trafficking and exploitation. She has traveled to Mexico and Thailand to provide orphanages with dental care.
She has a love for fitness and food when not in the office or volunteering. You’ll often find her at Soul Cycle or a trying a new restaurant. She has fur baby named Lucky Stone that she enjoys spending her time with and taking him to local spots in Pasadena.
